problem space
Flight delays can be a pain. Especially when you do not know why its delayed or for how long. It gets even worse when the problem has nothing to do the aircraft. Delays caused by bad weather and such, add to this list. Our goal was to simply design an efficient and accessible information system, to provide quick and meaningful information to anxious travelers.

design approach
We studied large airports and the demographics of people transiting through such airports. Based on the results from our studies and with the help of our personas, we designed a kiosk display with multi lingual capabilities.
