problem space
The dispactchers in Areaten agency for rural transit, were having a difficult time organizing and managing buses and pickup requests. The tools they had been using were old and the process was inefficient and cumbersome.

design approach
We made several trips to the site and spent time in determining the kinks in the process and tools that the dispatchers were using. We made note of the pain points and designed a solution that made the entire process simple and quick.
